The newest members at several Westerville City Schools elementaries have spent the past week starting to build relationships in their school communities.

Owen Drake, an incoming freshman at Westerville Central High School, recently dedicated his Eagle Scout project to refreshing a playground at Alcott Elementary.

The Westerville City School District Board of Education on Monday, July 8, 2024, voted unanimously to request additional funding for facilities and operations by placing a combined levy and bond issue on the Nov. 5 ballot.

The Westerville City School District (WCSD) Board of Education unanimously approved the appointment of Angie Hamberg as the next Superintendent of Schools at Monday’s meeting.
